A suspected car bomb goes off near a Palestinian refugee camp in southern Lebanese port city of Sidon, killing at least one person and injuring two others.
According to initial reports, a senior member of the Palestinian Fatah movement, Fathi Zaidan, was killed in the explosion at the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp on Tuesday.
