Manchester United have officially confirmed American company Qualcomm Snapdragon as their new shirt sponsor starting from the 2023/24 season.
A club statement reads: “Man United and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. have entered into a multi-year global strategic collaboration.
“Snapdragon platforms are at the center of extraordinary experiences in smartphones, wearables, PCs, augmented and virtual reality, gaming devices, automotive and more.”
German software company TeamViewer has been Man United’s shirt sponsor for the last two years but both parties announced in December 2022 that the Red Devils would look to buy back the sponsorship rights.
According to the Telegraph, the new deal is worth £60 million per year, compared to a £47 million-per-year agreement with the previous sponsor.
