A pan Ilaje advocacy group in Nigeria has expressed their sympathetic sorrow on the passing away of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, the immediate Governor of Ondo State who died on December 27, 2023 in Germany where he was receiving treatment from a protracted illness of prostrate cancer.
Ilaje Development Summit Group {IDSG} that has been at the forefront for the advocacy of the development of Ilaje Nation condoled with the State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa and the people of Ondo State especially the Monarch and the people of the Akeredolu's hometown, Owo Kingdom.
In a condolence letter personally signed by the Executive Administrator of the group- Reverend Adesola Omogbeminiyi Adebawo, they described Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu as a man that left behind an enduring legacy have made significant impact in the state, Yoruba land and the Nation at large.
