A Nigerian man has stirred up reactions online after a video emerged of him eating food from a roadside sacrifice, highlighting the impact of the country’s economic struggles.

In a viral TikTok video, a driver, clearly surprised, recorded the man helping himself to what seemed to be a sacrificial offering left along the roadside. 

As the driver filmed, he jokingly encouraged the man to "enjoy the meal," capturing the moment as the man stood beside the sacrificial items and took another bite.

This unusual scene quickly circulated on social media, drawing numerous reactions. In the comments, viewers expressed a mix of surprise, concern, and reflections on the lengths some may go to in difficult times.
