The Governor-elect and current Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, led a grand thank-you rally across Akure metropolis on Monday, expressing appreciation to the people for their overwhelming support in the recently concluded gubernatorial election.

Governor Aiyedatiwa, accompanied by his deputy, Dr. Olayide Adelami, alongside a large crowd of supporters, paraded through key streets of the state capital, acknowledging cheers from jubilant residents who gathered in large numbers to celebrate the resounding electoral victory.

Starting from the Government House, the rally moved through prominent areas including Alagbaka, Arakale, Isinkan, By-pass, Oba Adesida Road, and Oja Oba. Enthusiastic residents lined the streets, waving, singing, and chanting slogans to show their support for the Governor.

Governor Aiyedatiwa’s sweeping victory, securing wins in all 18 local government areas, is being hailed as a remarkable achievement in the political history of Ondo State.
