WARRI, Nigeria — The Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Senator Ede Dafinone, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the former Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, on the occasion of his 67th birthday.

In a celebratory message released on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, Senator Dafinone praised the former governor’s long-standing dedication to governance, describing his career as an enduring legacy of leadership that spans from the grassroots level to the highest echelons of public service in Nigeria.
