Guardiola's Manchester City have won the Premier League title again after a 4-1 win against Brighton.
It's been a long season, for a time it looked out of their reach but one point separates this fantastic Man City team from the best Liverpool side I've ever seen.

This is one of, if not the, best ever Premier League sides. Astonishing achievement.

Starting off shaky with Brighton scoring the first goal, Aguero evened the field and Gundogan brought the win home for the blues in the 72nd minute
