#FunkeAkindeleSpeaks Trends As The Actress releases New Video On COVID-19

Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, took to her social media pages to sensitize people about the novel coronavirus pandemic currently tearing through the world.
Funke Akindele was under the spotlight two weeks ago over the birthday party thrown for her husband, JJC Skillz. This led to her arrest and subsequent sentence to community service ND N100,000 fine.

On Saturday however, Nigerians demanded the Lagos State Government apologize to her after footage from the burial of late Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, showed many lawmakers in attendance who failed to practice the social distancing edicts of the NCDC.

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria is 627 and 21 deaths.
