In his effort to ensure that the 2020 flood disaster that ravaged his constituents and destroyed all crops did not affect his people, Anambra lawmaker, Patrick Obalim-Udoba, has distributed Cassava stem to his Constituency.
The distribution took place at Umueze Anam, in Anambra.
