Toke Makinwa's outrage over Tuface Idibia's divorce announcement came as a surprise to Nigerians, with netizens asking why the media personality is taking the couple's issue personally. 


Toke's outrage stems from her feeling of protectiveness towards Annie who is currently in a rehabilitation centre. 

Amid Annie's personal struggles, friends like Toke Makinwa have been by her side and even pitched in to watch her children. 

Yesterday, Jan. 26, just before Tuface took to Instagram to announce that he and Annie are separated and heading for divorce, Toke shared a video showing her spending time with Annie's second child, Olivia. 

Since Tuface's public announcement, Toke has made several posts calling him out for the wrong timing while telling him that she and a few others know what is going on behind closed doors.
