According to Polk County law enforcement, the incident began when a 13 year old student was sent to Lark's office for disrupting class by throwing paper during an exam. Police allege Lark instructed the boy, whom she reportedly called "Sexy Chocolate," to give her a foot massage, telling him he "didn't have anything better to do with his hands." Investigators say Lark removed her shoes, placed her legs across the boy's lap, and demanded compliance.
A witness later reported hearing Lark criticize the student's technique before allegedly demonstrating by massaging his shoulders and arms. Police documents state she told the boy to "rub her as if he loved her," framing it as a lesson for "when he snags a girlfriend."
