The North Central Development Initiative (NCDI) has commended the appointment of Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing it as a well-deserved recognition of his leadership qualities and dedication to national progress.
In a congratulatory letter jointly signed by Comrade Musa Ali Otigba and Alhaji Muhammad Mubarak Alabi, the group’s Director General and National Secretary respectively, the organisation praised Yilwatda’s track record of commitment to democracy and unity.
The group also expressed appreciation to President Bola Tinubu for respecting the sentiments of the North Central region by restoring the party’s national chairmanship position to its original base.
NCDI, which said it had long championed the call for the chairmanship to return to the zone, pledged full support for Yilwatda and the APC. It expressed confidence in Yilwatda’s ability to drive purposeful leadership, internal reforms, and strengthened democratic structures within the party.
The group assured Yilwatda of its unwavering loyalty and prayed for divine wisdom and impactful achievements during his tenure.
