Commander Walter Feghabo, a revered figure in both military and civilian spheres, served with distinction as the inaugural Military Administrator of Ebonyi State before assuming the same role in Delta State. During his tenure in Delta, Feghabo laid a robust foundation for governance, spearheading critical infrastructural and agricultural development initiatives that significantly contributed to the state’s early progress.
