Alaia Baldwin Aronow, the older sister of Hailey Bieber and daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, is facing four misdemeanor charges stemming from an alleged altercation at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia, in February 2024.
According to court documents obtained by multiple outlets, including Us Weekly and Daily Mail (reported January 27–28, 2026), prosecutors filed charges of simple assault, simple battery, battery, and criminal trespass against the 33-year-old model. The incident occurred on February 24, 2024, when Aronow was arrested following complaints from bar staff.
Police reports and security footage, as detailed in the documents, allege that Aronow forced her way into a locked employees-only bathroom despite being directed to use the public restroom. Bartender Haleigh Cauley told officers Aronow requested time to change a tampon, but upon returning, Aronow allegedly removed and threw the used tampon at her. Security intervened, and Aronow reportedly resisted removal, pulling hair from one guard's scalp and striking another in the genitals.
The bar owner called 911, reporting physical assault and refusal to leave. Aronow was taken into custody and later claimed self-defense, stating the situation was "blown out of proportion," according to statements reported by TMZ and E! News in March 2024.
If convicted on the battery charge, Aronow could face up to one year in jail. Her arraignment is scheduled for April 23, 2026, in Chatham County, Georgia.
Aronow's attorney, Drew Findling, previously told TMZ (March 2024) that she was in Savannah to celebrate a friend's upcoming marriage when the incident occurred. "Ms. Aronow is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking the necessary steps to ensure that it never happens again," Findling said at the time.
The case has drawn renewed attention in 2026 with prosecutors' formal filing of charges. Aronow, married to Andrew Aronow since 2017 and mother to daughter Iris Elle Aronow (born 2020), has kept a low profile since the arrest.
No updates on plea negotiations or pre-trial diversion (mentioned in some 2024 reports) have been publicly confirmed as of January 2026. The incident remains under the jurisdiction of Chatham County courts.
