The Otovwodo Junction Flyover is one of two major flyover projects recently approved by the Delta State Executive Council (EXCO) in July 2025, with a combined value exceeding N98 billion. The Otovwodo project alone is valued at approximately N39.3 billion, while its counterpart at Uromi Junction in Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area, costs around N59 billion.
