ASABA, Delta State — Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has sent warm birthday wishes to Dr Kingsley Esiso, a prominent leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, as he marks his 62nd birthday anniversary.
