After voluntarily leaving the banking industry in 2014, Dr. Gbe transitioned into consulting as Managing Partner of Dominant-Logic Consulting where he provided strategic leadership in human resource development, business strategy and risk management. His appointment into the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue between 2015 and 2019 marked another defining chapter in his illustrious career. Representing Delta South, Dr. Gbe played a key role in transformative initiatives that significantly improved revenue generation and institutional efficiency.
