The Executive Chairman of Oshimili South Local Government Council, Hon. Obi Kelvin, has congratulated Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on his emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for the 2027 general elections.
In a congratulatory message issued today, Hon. Kelvin described the governor’s victory at the APC governorship primary as well-deserved and a reflection of his leadership, performance, and acceptance across Delta State.
“Congratulations to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, on your well-deserved victory at the governorship primary election,” he said.
“On behalf of myself and the good people of Oshimili South Local Government Area, I heartily celebrate and felicitate with you on this remarkable achievement.
Your emergence as the sole candidate of our great party is a clear indication of the trust and confidence reposed in your administration by party stakeholders and the people of Delta State.”
Hon. Kelvin commended Governor Oborevwori for his commitment to the MORE Agenda and for fostering unity within the APC, noting that the peaceful conduct of the primary process has further strengthened the party’s cohesion ahead of 2027.
