Senator Joel-Onowakpo Felicitates Delta APC Chairman, Chief Solomon Arenyeka on 69th Birthday

Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Local Content, Distinguished Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas has extended warm and heartfelt felicitations to the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, Chief Solomon Arenyeka, as he marks his 69th birth anniversary.

Senator Joel-Onowakpo in a congratulatory message on Thursday, described Chief Arenyeka as a seasoned politician and respected statesman whose decades of dedicated service have significantly strengthened the APC and contributed meaningfully to the political development of Delta State. He lauded the APC chairman for his exceptional leadership qualities, political maturity and strong dedication to the ideals of democracy and good governance.

The Senator paid glowing tribute to Chief Arenyeka’s remarkable ability to foster inclusiveness and build consensus across different interests, noting that his wealth of experience has continued to serve as a stabilising force within the party. He commended the Itsekiri-born leader for his consistent advocacy for peace, unity and progress, describing him as a dependable elder whose counsel has enriched party affairs and public service in Delta South and Delta State.

“Your distinguished service, integrity and dedication to the growth of the All Progressives Congress have been a source of immense pride to many of us. As you celebrate this 69th birthday, I wish you robust health, continued wisdom and many more years of fruitful and impactful leadership in the service of our party and Delta State,” Senator Joel-Onowakpo stated.

Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas further eulogised Chief Arenyeka for his exemplary statesmanship and his pivotal role in advancing the APC’s vision of a united and progressive Delta State. He emphasised that the chairman’s selfless leadership contributed immensely to the success of the just concluded party primaries across the state. 

The Senator prayed for God’s continued blessings upon Chief Solomon Arenyeka, wishing him divine strength, greater accomplishments and enduring peace as he continues to offer wise guidance to the party and the state. He expressed confidence that the APC chairman’s rich legacy would continue to inspire current and future generations of leaders in Delta State.
