Ugbomro, Uvwie LGA - When the people’s voice echoes clearly at the polls, it becomes a lighthouse that guides the ship of governance through stormy waters. That was the message from Hon. Chief Winfrey Eseoghene Ohwofaraye, Special Assistant on Peace Building and Conflict Resolution to the Executive Governor of Delta State and President General of Ugbomro Community.
CONGRATULATORY STATEMENT
Ohwofaraye congratulated His Excellencies, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, JP, and President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on their resounding victories in last week’s direct primaries.
He described the outcomes as more than political wins. They are testimonies of trust, tokens of tireless service, and triumphs of unity over division. Emerging as the flag bearers of the All Progressives Congress APC reflects the confidence of party faithful who chose steady hands to steer the state and the nation forward.
PLEDGE OF LOYALTY AND MOBILIZATIONS
Ohwofaraye pledged unalloyed loyalty and full support to the administrations of both leaders. He assured that Ugbomro Community stands ready to mobilize, motivate, and march with the party structure to ensure victory across board in the 2027 general elections.
He also committed to working hand in hand with other candidates and stakeholders within the APC family. Peace building demands partnership, not partisanship, and when hands are joined, burdens become lighter and progress becomes surer.
CALL FOR UNITY AND ISSUE BASED POLITICS
Ohwofaraye urged party members to turn rivalry into responsibility and competition into collaboration. He called on all Deltans to guard the peace, embrace reconciliation, and focus on a campaign anchored on issues, integrity, and impact for the people.
Ugbomro’s Mandate
For Ugbomro, the mandate is clear. To stand firm, speak with one voice, and serve as a bridge between the grassroots and government so that no one is left behind in the march toward shared prosperity.
