ABUJA — Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, on the occasion of her 66th birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message issued to mark the occasion, Dafinone extended his felicitations to the First Lady on behalf of his family and the people of Delta Central Senatorial District.
The senator highlighted Senator Oluremi Tinubu’s public service journey, referencing her tenure as First Lady of Lagos State, her representation of Lagos Central in the Senate, and her current role as First Lady of Nigeria.
According to Dafinone, her career in public service reflects a commitment to service, faith and the welfare of Nigerians.
He also commended the First Lady’s activities through the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), particularly its interventions in areas including education, healthcare, social investment, agriculture and economic empowerment.
Dafinone noted that the initiatives have focused on women, young people and vulnerable members of society across the country.
