Racing Genk head coach Thorsten Fink has admitted that Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare could leave the club during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Arokodare has been one of the standout performers in the Belgian Pro League this season, attracting attention from top European clubs with his prolific form in front of goal.
The 24-year-old has been linked with Premier League sides as well as German Bundesliga clubs.
The growing speculation around his future has raised uncertainty at Genk ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Speaking to Belgian outlet Nieuwsblad, Fink acknowledged the difficulty the club may face in holding on to its top scorer.
"I fear the most for a departure of Tolu Arokodare, after such a season. Or Zakaria El Ouahdi," Fink said.
The coach also hinted that Genk is already considering options to fill the void should Arokodare depart.
"I don't know, but we do have to look for replacements in their positions," he added.
Arokodare has delivered a stellar campaign for Genk, scoring 22 goals and providing seven assists in 41 appearances across all competitions.
His contributions have been vital in keeping the club in the race for a fifth league title.
The Nigerian international will be aiming to maintain his form as Genk pushes for domestic glory — even as a summer transfer looms on the horizon.
