President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived at Chinua Achebe International Airport in Umueri, Anambra State, as part of his official working visit to the state.
The President landed aboard a Nigerian Air Force Airbus, wearing a traditional Akwete Igbo attire and a red cap. Upon arrival, he proceeded to the podium, where the national anthem was played in his honour.
Accompanying the President were his Special Adviser on Security, Alhaji Nuhu Ribadu, and other senior government officials.
President Tinubu was warmly welcomed at the airport by Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo; Deputy Governor Onyekachukwu Ibezim; members of the State House of Assembly; and other prominent dignitaries.
