The collaboration introduces accessible and affordable digital health insurance to PalmPay’s growing user base, offering seamless access to a variety of insurance packages directly through the PalmPay app.
With plans starting from as little as N500 per month, users can now select from a range of flexible options tailored to their lifestyle and medical needs.
Among the offerings is the AXA Digital Health plan, which includes virtual consultations with medical professionals, N5,000 worth of medication, and surgical cover of up to N40,000.
The AXA Mansard MicroHealth plan, priced at N1,000 monthly, provides unlimited diagnostic testing and funeral benefits, while the AXA Mansard Accident plan, available for N500 per month, offers comprehensive cover for accidental and non-accidental death.
Habib Kowontan, Head of Wealth Product at PalmPay, described the partnership as a major step towards closing the protection gap in Nigeria.
