The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, H.E Dcn. Barr. Kingsley Otuaro, has issued an elaborate congratulatory statement praising the prestigious Doctorate Degree awarded to High Chief Government Ekpemupolo.

CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO HIGH CHIEF GOVERNMENT EKPOMUPOLO, AKA TOMPOLO.
On behalf of all of us who admire courage, vision and commitment to true community development, I congratulate my brother , High Chief Government Ekpomupolo, Tompolo, on the well deserved conferment of a Doctorate Degree by Edwin Clark University.
This honour is not accidental. It reflects years of consistent service, bold leadership, and an unwavering commitment to peace, progress and empowerment across the Niger Delta. Tompolo has shaped conversations, opened doors of opportunity for many, and proven that authentic influence is earned through action, not noise.
