President Bola Ahmed Tinubu departed Abuja on Sunday to begin a three-week working vacation in Europe as part of his annual leave, according to an official statement issued by the Presidency.
Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, disclosed the travel schedule on Sunday, confirming that the Nigerian leader will make London, United Kingdom, his first stop during the trip.
The announcement noted that President Tinubu will utilize the extended break to recharge before returning to Nigeria to engage in intensive preparations for the upcoming January 2027 general election campaign.
